Mission, Vision, & Tactics

Our Mission:

To equip Men at Mountain View and beyond to answer their calling to Go and make disciples in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

Our Vision:

To see Men doing life while Connected in Battle, in Service, at Home, with Purpose and in the Freedom that was Ransomed by the Blood of Christ.

Our Tactics:

  1. Bands of Brothers/Life Groups – living out life in community, together as men, husbands, sons, and fathers.
  2. Birds in the Air Prayer Strikes – Sunday morning meetings in prayer seeking the Father for all things.
  3. Discipleship Bootcamp – 12-week Bootcamp series committed to training trainers, and answering the question – what does it mean to be a Disciple for Christ?
  4. Summits – Quarterly gathering of men for Teaching, Prayer, Worship, and Encouragement
  5. Men's Advance – Annual gathering of men in retreat format committed to challenging men beyond comfort and into a deeper commitment to Christ and to each other.

We are deeply committed to the pursuit of the hearts of men for the Kingdom, to draw strength from each other, to seek healing from the Father, and to do life as Brothers in service to the King.
